Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint..For order, what's app: 01325074105

A single-sphere rubber expansion joint is made by rubber sheets wrapping around a bellows-shaped mandrel with one sphere, and it is a flexible unit installed in piping systems to absorb vibrations and shocks, relieve anchor stress, reduce noise, and compensate for misalignment.

Material Composition:

Body: High-quality rubber (EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, or Natural Rubber)

Reinforcement: Nylon cord fabric with steel wire reinforcement

Flanges: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, or Ductile iron (available in ANSI, DIN, JIS, BS standards)

Technical Parameters:

Size Range: DN25 (1") – DN3000 (120")

Working Pressure:

PN10 (10 bar)

PN16 (16 bar)

PN25 (25 bar)

Burst Pressure: 3 times the working pressure

Temperature Range: -40°C to +120°C (depends on rubber material)

Vacuum Rating: 50–700 mmHg

Performance Characteristics:

Axial Movement: ±10-25 mm

Lateral Movement: ±5-20 mm

Angular Deflection: 10°–15°

Features:

Absorbs vibration and reduces noise

Compensates for thermal expansion and contraction

Corrosion and chemical-resistant

Easy to install with flexible movement
